Two adjacent office buildings totaling 862,000 sq. ft. located on the Hudson River waterfront in Jersey City; at acquisition 90 Hudson was entirely leased while 70 Hudson was vacant following the expiration of a full building lease with Lehman Bros.; vacant building was leased to major financial and technology firms; lobbies and common areas were upgraded in both buildings and retail amenities added; a majority interest in both buildings was sold to an institutional foreign buyer, and subsequently 70 Hudson was sold to a different foreign buyer at record pricing for the submarket.
